Doblin: Pope gets his house in order, time for Myers to sell his!!

apostasy modernism

Newbishop John Myers made headlines a year ago.

Myers the scoundrel spent 1,300,000 Dollars on His Retirement Estate. He arranged for a 800,000-dollar retirement estate for himself. This 33,000-square-meter wooded property boasts a house with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a large outdoor pool. The parishioners called for justice but their lament only fell on deaf ears!

( North Jersey) – POPE FRANCIS is putting his house in order before coming to the United States in September. It is time for Newark Archbishop John Myers to literally do the same.

Last week, the Vatican announced it was ending its takeover of an American nuns’ organization that represents a majority of women religious in the United States. The Leadership Conference of Women Religious got caught in the cross-hairs of Pope Benedict XVI’s assault on independent American nuns.

As the Vatican saw it three years ago, American nuns were way too concerned with helping the poor and ministering to the disenfranchised rather than focusing their energies on teaching the church’s position on abortion, birth control and same-sex marriage. Additionally, the nuns were talking about women’s role in the church and questioning too many things that — well — women should not question. In Benedict’s church, women — especially nuns — were supposed to understand that ordained men knew better.

Enter a new pope not inclined to fancy the expensive Italian footwear beloved by Benedict XVI and more inclined to serve the poor. While Francis has not moved the theological needle one inch — and he is unlikely to — he has moved something more intrinsic to the values of the Catholic Church. He has moved bishops out of their comfort zones and, in some cases, right out of their mansions and dioceses.

To Francis, bishops and their pride are more harmful to the message of the church than thousands of nuns tending to the sick and poor. The Vatican’s nuns’ inquisition was fueled by angry bishops who could not make these women bow to their will. Francis would rather side with the people who minister to the poor than with the men in the big houses. That brings me back to Myers and his retirement mansion.

It has been many months since the 7,000-plus square-foot mansion has been in the news. The house is still just as big and just as unjustified. And I suspect it is not out Francis’ sight.

From what I understand, Myers’ health has not been good this winter. Losing the mansion is not personal; it is not an attack on Myers, the man. But the mansion is not a perk for the archbishop, it’s an insult to the people of the archdiocese. Why Myers does not see it as such is a mystery.

The archdiocese has maintained that the funds to expand a 4,500-square foot house by 3,000 square feet came not from church funds but from the sale of other church properties. The sale of unused church property should be used for the betterment of the church, not the archbishop.

Myers is entitled to a comfortable retirement residence. A mansion? Not so much. Whether Francis would force the archbishop to sell the house and perhaps retire early is unknown. But Myers will have to answer to Francis. Other less notable bishops have seen their respective Wayne Manors disappear. What’s that childhood saying? Scissor cuts paper, but papal rock crushes bishop.

On the other coast in San Francisco another archbishop, Salvatore Cordileone, is doing battle as well. Prominent Catholics took out a full-page newspaper ad in the San Francisco Chronicle on Thursday asking the pope to remove the archbishop.

Cordileone is not being criticized for living large, but administering mean. He is enforcing church doctrine with a vengeance — particularly the doctrine relating to homosexuality and how it applies to gays and lesbians working for the archdiocese.

The archdiocese can fire employees who stray from church teachings, but most dioceses use some discretion. The Catholics who paid for the ad claim Cordileone has “fostered an atmosphere of division and intolerance.” Again, another bishop who did not get the “Who am I to judge?” memo.

Bishops have a responsibility to be faithful to church teachings, but those teachings are more ,expansive than reproductive rights and marriage choices. That is what Francis has been saying since Day One. Tone matters. Cordileone should recognize that there is a large gay population in San Francisco and he needs to find language that builds bridges rather than fires in a medieval pit in the lowest level of hell.

The papal representative to the United States, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, has a plate full of piping hot U.S. archbishops. Before Francis arrives in the United States, both the situations around Myers and Cordileone need to chill.

The Vatican’s decision to drop the takeover of the largest organization representing American nuns is a clear sign that the pope will not devalue the ministry of thousands of women just to validate the primacy of a few men wearing miters and carrying crosiers.

There may be more to what is happening in San Francisco than meets the eye, but Cordileone, an appointee of Benedict, has some explaining to do. No one expects him to embrace same-sex marriage, but everyone, including the pope, expects him to embrace every individual as a person of worth.

There are many sins. One of the deadly ones is pride.

When Francis comes to New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and perhaps even Cuba this fall, he will be greeted by millions of people who see him as a seminal figure in the life of the modern church. Francis will likely not change church positions on same-sex unions or the ordination of women, but he will change bishops’ positions. He will make them kneel, not before him or even before God, but before the people they serve.

In this church there is no room for a bishop’s pride. That’s true even if you choose to live in something as palatial as a 7,000-plus-square-foot mansion.

Cardinal ‘Bravo’ Dolan’s Critics Pushed Out Of Press Conference

sodomy satanic

Critics of New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan received a rather “unwelcome” response from his press handlers Tuesday when they were “pushed out” of the press conference after confronting his eminence for continuing to remain Grand Marshall at this year’s St. Patrick’s Day parade. Dolan was criticized because an openly gay group had been permitted to march under their own banner while Catholic pro-life groups were universally shunned.

The Catholic blogosphere lit up with outrage last September when Cardinal Dolan gave the St. Patrick’s Day parade committee his “confidence and support” after they elected to have OUT@NBCUNIVERSAL, an openly gay group affiliated with NBC, march in the parade under their own banner apart from Catholic and Irish culture for the first time in history.

Despite numerous pleas from faithful Catholics to the contrary, Cardinal Dolan refused to step down as the parade’s Grand Marshall, dubiously saying the inclusiveness of an openly gay group did not contradict Catholic teaching because it only “allows a group to publicize its identity” as “gay people of Irish ancestry” rather than “promote actions contrary to the values of the church.” The scandal further deepened when Catholic League President Bill Donahue formally announced his organization’s withdrawal from the parade after learning the parade committee would not be allowing Catholic pro-life groups to openly march under their own banner as well.

While Dolan has had his fair share of defenders and critics since the controversy, none have nearly been so up close and personal as Michael Voris of ChurchMilitant.TV (CMTV), a Catholic apostolate dedicated to combating heretical liberalism in the clergy. In a video posted shortly after Dolan gave the parade committee his approval, Voris rebuked the cardinal by calling him a “wicked bishop” who was “in the grip of the devil,” and cited multiple examples where his eminence showed tremendously bad judgment as a prince of the Church, such as: inviting pro-abortion Barack Obama to a public dinner, giving “shout outs” to pro-abortion politicians at Mass, and saying “bravo” on national television to football player Michael Sam’s coming out as gay.

Refusing to let Dolan off the hook, Voris confronted the cardinal at a press conference prior to the parade Tuesday by asking him point-blank, “Do you have anything to say to loyal Catholics who find what you’re doing here a great scandal to the faith?” Smiling jovially, Dolan gave his non-answer by saying, “No, come on in, we’d love to have you” before waltzing on his merry way. Then things got rough.

According to Voris, evidenced by video provided, one of Dolan’s press handlers immediately “elbowed” him in the stomach before he was forcefully escorted away by another press handler with the aid of police officers.

Cardinal Dolan has continued to repeat the “all are welcome” mantra of establishment Catholicism, but if faithful Catholics like Michael Voris provide any indication, that mantra does not apply to his critics.

Pope Francis Equates Christian Fundamentalists to Islamist Killers & Terrorists!

Resist Bergoglio!

Resist Bergoglio!

Pope Francis equated Christianity with Islam while leaving Turkey.
“We have our share of fundamentalists” too.

The pope also said fighting poverty and hunger were key to defeating Islamist killers.
The Jerusalem Post reported:

Pope Francis said Sunday that equating Islam with violence was wrong and called on Muslim leaders to issue a global condemnation of terrorism to help dispel the stereotype.

Francis, the leader of 1.2 billion Roman Catholics, told reporters aboard his plane returning from a visit to Turkey that he understood why Muslims were offended by many in the West who automatically equated their religion with terrorism.

Francis’ predecessor, Benedict XVI, caused storms of protest throughout the Islamic world in 2006, when he made a speech that suggested to many Muslims that he believed Islam espoused violence.

Benedict said he had been misunderstood and apologized. But this year, the image of a violent religion has once more been promoted by Islamic State, who have seized swathes of Syria and Iraq, slaughtering or driving out Shi’ite Muslims, Christians and others who do not share their radical brand of Sunni Islam.

The Argentine pope, who has been trying to foster cooperation with moderate Islam in order to work for peace and protect Christians in the Middle East, said it was wrong for anyone to react to terrorism by being “enraged” against Islam.

“You just can’t say that, just as you can’t say that all Christians are fundamentalists. We have our share of them (fundamentalists). All religions have these little groups,” he said.

Muslims slaughtered 683 innocents THIS WEEK.
Christian fundamentalists have killed no one.
Someone needs to talk with this pope!!

CINO John Kerry: Jihadists Exploit The “Beautiful Religion” Of Islam

Islam the ‘Religion of Pieces!’

Kerry: Extremism Exploits a ‘Beautiful Religion!’

( – The response to Islamist extremism, which “exploits a legitimate and beautiful religion,” must include offering alternatives to young people who lack opportunities and “feel oppressed,” Secretary of State John Kerry said Tuesday.

“The challenge of our generation is going to be to deal with religious radical extremism, which exploits a legitimate and beautiful religion that is being totally distorted, has nothing to do with what they purport to be pursuing, and nevertheless captures the minds of some of our young people – even in America,” Kerry told staff at the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa.

He noted that more than 100 Americans have traveled to the region to fight with the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL), while more had done so from European countries, Australia and elsewhere.

“And so we have to push back. We’re not going to win this exclusively through our efforts on the ground in this coalition with kinetic efforts,” he said, referring to the U.S.-led coalition’s military operations against the jihadist group. “We’re going to win this with ideas.”

Kerry then picked up a theme he raises periodically, linking the allure of jihadist terrorism to a lack of opportunities among frustrated young people.

“We’re also going to win it with better alternatives for a whole bunch of young people who today live in places where they feel oppressed, where they don’t have a lot of opportunity, there’s not enough education, they don’t have jobs,” he said. “But they know what the rest of the world has because they all have smart phones, they all have mobile devices, and they’re all seeing what’s going on and they trade thoughts.”

“And frankly, there have been years and years of anger and frustration building up for a whole lot of different reasons in South Central Asia, Middle East, Horn of Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and different places,” Kerry continued.

“So our challenge is to not make them think that modernity and rule of law and civil society and states that have long existed is somehow the enemy,” he said. “And what we have to do is take our values and our principles out there as never before.”

Chilean Jesuit comes out for Abortion and Gay Marriage!!

Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it under foot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor, but a destroyer.” – St. Francis of Assisi

Silence as usual from Call me Judas Newpope Bergoglio and  from Felipe Berrios  local Bishop.  Disgusting!! Haereticus! Heretics bring sentence upon themselves since by choice withdrawal from the Church, a withdrawal which, since they are aware of it, constitutes damnation!

Fr. Felipe Berrios, a Jesuit priest of Chile, came out in favor of abortion and homosexual marriage.

(Spero News) – Following his return to his native Chile after years of missionary work in Burundi and the Congo, Fr. Felipe Berrios  said that he favors homosexual marriage as well as the legalization of abortion. “I want to clearly state: Homosexuals and lesbians are children of God and are called to holiness like all of us. They are not second-class citizens nor are they in a state of sin. This is a distinct condition and they help us to broaden our concept of sexuality,” said the Jesuit priest.

Interviewed for Chilean television on June 24, Berrios said “What is the problem with homosexual marriage? Homosexuals are children of God. He created homosexuals and lesbians, and God is proud of them.” He added, “The problem lies within us, that we don’t understand this. Not in them.”

With respect to abortion, Berrios said that “the same respect I have for life as a gift from God makes me respect the opinions of others.” Explaining his departure from Catholic doctrine, Berrios said “My experience of God is that life is a gift He gave me, and that for me life is a sacred gift from God from the moment of conception until natural death.”

“At the bottom of this is that we are aware that what is at play is defining when a human being is to be considered a person. If the great majority in Parliament debates and then approves in the future an abortion law, I will accept it, even though according to my belief for me it is immoral. I cannot impose my way of thinking in that manner.” Regarding recents statements by Chilean leader Michelle BacheletBerrios said “The president said something very interesting: that Chilean society is sufficiently mature to have a conversation about issues and that no one should decide for it. That seems good to me.”

In 2009, Berrios came out in support of legislation to recognize non-marital unions: an idea that won support from Sebastian Piñera – who would become president of Chile. “What Sebastian Piñera has done is the very broadly held sense in Chilean society. I believe that we are increasingly becoming aware that defacto situations that should be regulated and that they need not be mixed up with marriage. According to a definition by Andrés Bello (ed. not: a19th century Venezuelan humanist), it involves one man and one woman for the purpose of procreation. This is about regularizing homosexual unions according to civil law so that they can have rights to inheritance and other sorts of benefits that they do not have now; this in an injustice and a closing of eyes before a reality.”

Bishop of Rome Congratulates Cardinal Kasper to the Silver Jubilee Bishop!!!

Certain members of the Catholic clergy would become as thieves stealing that Tabernacle light…thieves that would steal what is rightfully ours by virtue of our baptism in the Catholic Church, our Faith. They would rob us of Doctrine, Dogma and Tradition,  ransacking the Church as it were leaving us in total darkness without even as much as the light of the Sanctuary Lamp (which signifies the presence of the Holy Eucharist, Jesus Christ, Himself.)

“The secular clergy will leave much to be desired because priests will become careless in their sacred duties. Lacking the divine compass, they will stray from the road traced by God for the priestly ministry, and they will become attached to wealth and riches, which they will unduly strive to attain. How the Church will suffer during this dark night! Lacking a prelate and a father (Bishop of Rome/Pope) to guide them!!!! – Our Lady Of Success

Bergoglio has only high praise for Heretic Cardinal Casper: Surely you’ll admit publicly how the Blessed Virgin Mary with a happy heart, ‘My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord … because has done great things to me, the Mighty’. (Lk 1, 46.49) but we would like to arrive at the aforementioned high enjoyable day through this letter to speak with you to express you on your long and fruitful work our congratulations!!!

Vatican (  – With a letter, the Pope turned to the former longtime chairman of the PCPCU.

“For your work that you have inflict upon the universal Church, cherish ourselves also a great appreciation.” So wrote Pope Francis in a letter to Walter Cardinal Kasper and congratulated the emeritus chairman of PCPCU the Silver Episcopal Jubilee . “As a trusted and valued employee of our revered predecessor, you have unusual zeal used it to nourish the friendly relationship with other Christian brothers and to grow without causing even a single essential part of the Catholic faith was reduced, is still this belief the represents the largest treasure that was given to us by means of the doctrine of the apostles and of the highest teaching authority of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, truly God and man, “the Pope wrote literally.

Walter Kasper was born on March 3, 1933 in the Swabian town of Heidenheim. After studying theology in Tübingen and Munich, he received in 1957 in Rottenburg ordination. After his habilitation in 1964 with a thesis on the philosophy and theology of history in the later philosophy of Schelling in dogmatics at the University of Tübingen, he was appointed at the age of 31 years as professor of dogmatics at the University of Münster, 1970, he moved to the University of Tübingen.  Walter Cardinal Kasper is one of the Pope Francis highly publicized cardinals and theologians. In the very first Angelus after his election as Pope Francis had pointed to the book by Walter Kasper mercy, he said about that. “This book has done me very well”

Even Cardinal Kasper’s lecture on marriage and the family at the Consistory in February was greeted by Pope Francis with praise, the Pope spoke of profound theology and clear thinking . The lecture had triggered a global controversy and heated debate and served so far definitely the theological clarification in the debate about the pastoral to the divorced and remarried. Cardinal Kasper has given many interviews and statements (see below) documents the translation of the letter of Pope Francis to Cardinal Walter Kasper on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of Episcopal consecration, “To our venerable brother Cardinal Walter Kasper, emeritus chairman of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity”, in full:

You can our venerable brother, as we know full well, to celebrate the twenty-fifth day of remembrance of your episcopal ordination on June 17 this year. As a trusted and valued employee of our revered predecessor, you have unusual zeal used it to nourish the friendly relationship with other Christian brothers and to grow without causing even a single essential part of the Catholic faith was reduced, is still this belief the largest treasure is, the means of the doctrine of the apostles and of the highest teaching authority of the church was given by our Lord Jesus Christ to us who is truly God and man.

For your work, that you have inflict upon the universal Church, cherish ourselves also a great appreciation. Were you appointed but already in 1985 the Special Secretary of the Second Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops. Cd. Dolan adding million dollar front doors to St. Pat’s amidst widespread church closures!!!

Dolan’s folly

Bronx: Cardinal Dolan’s Making All Things New initiative for the New York Archdiocese involves spending close to $200 million for the renovation of his cathedral — including million-dollar front doors — while closing dozens of schools and churches in New York City’s poor and working class neighborhoods. The initiative should instead be called “Making All Things Old” — as in reverting to the corrupt church policies of the Middle Ages, which involved heaping ornate riches on church leadership while the people did without. And yes, I am Catholic.

Heresy!! Brazilian Catholic bishop backs legal gay unions!

Sodomy a sin that cries to heaven for Vengeance. Sodomy abomination to God! God will not be mocked!!!

BRASILIA — One of Brazil’s top Catholic bishops has spoken out in favor of legal unions for homosexual couples, an apparent shift in the Church’s stance on the country’s existing gay-marriage policy.

“There needs to be a dialog on the rights attached to shared life between people of the same sex who decide to live together. They need legal support from society,” Leonardo Steiner, the secretary general of the National Confederation of Brazilian Bishops, said in an interview with O Globo newspaper published on its website Thursday.

Brazil, home to the world’s largest Catholic population, has allowed gay marriage since May 2013, when a court ruled clerks could not reject marriage applications from same-sex couples.

At the time Brazil’s bishops opposed the decision, but Steiner said the Church was constantly evolving.

“The Church isn’t the same through the ages. It seeks answers for the present time, using the Gospel as the illuminating force of its action,” the bishop said.

“The Church is always seeking to read the signs of the times, to see what must or must not change. The truths of faith don’t change.”

Cardinal Schonborn’s congratulations to “Conchita Wurst”
Is cross-dressing now an example of the “diversity” of “God’s garden”?

It was widely reported in German-language media, and noted on a handful of English-language blogs, that Cardinal Schonborn of Vienna had offered his congratulations last week to Thomas Neuwirth, a.k.a “Conchita Wurst”, for the bearded transvestite’s “victory” at the Eurovision Song Contest earlier this month.
Now, thanks to a friend of Rorate, “EP”, we have a full translation of the Cardinal’s remarks as published on his official Facebook page (see here), remarks that were echoed on the website of the Austrian daily, “Heute”. The emphases are Rorate’s.

It is said on the first page of the Bible: “And God created man to his own image…male and female he created them.” How wonderful, this idea of God’s. What a dull and dreary place the world would be if it were populated by one sex exclusively. The mutual attraction between man and woman is what makes life interesting. The complementarity of the sexes is something both precious and wonderful. None of us would be here today if a man and a woman had not conceived us in what was, hopefully, an act of true love, giving us the gift of life.

Cardinal Dolan: “I Like Jeb Bush A Lot!!”

Bergoglio of America  Newcardinal Dolan pushing his Socialist Agenda again!!  When did the the Holy Catholic Church permit criminals to be rewarded?!? Haereticus Cardinal Dolan  who am I to Judge sodomite ‘BRAVO’ enabler has made it obvious on many occasions he is anything but fidelis to Holy Church teachings on Sodomy.  NEVER is it Permissible to tolerate the Sin that is an Abomination to God and a sin which Cries to Heaven for Vengeance!!!

(Newsmax)  –  Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York, says he can’t say whether he would vote for Republican,

Jeb Bush for president, but he certainly likes what Bush would bring to the table.

“I like Jeb Bush a lot. Whether I’d be for him for a presidential candidate or not, I don’t know personally. But I sure admire him,” Dolan said Sunday on “Face the Nation.”

Dolan singled out Bush’s background on immigration and education in particular. Bush has come under fire from some fellow Republicans for saying many illegal immigrants come into the United States for work as an “act of love” in order to provide for their families.

Despite Dolan’s noncommittal words on support for a Bush candidacy, he did say he would like to see the former Florida governor toss his hat in the ring.

“I sure think he’d bring something. He’d be good,” he said.

Turning to social issues, Dolan said that he sticks by the traditional definition of marriage: a man and a woman who stay together for life for the purpose of bringing for children.

He would, however, fight for the civil rights of people who in same-sex relationships or others who are “unable to live up to that,” he said. He pointed out the rights such people should have for insurance and housing.

“Do I believe that society could be affected negatively if we tamper with the definition of marriage? Yeah,” Dolan added. “And that’s not just as a man of faith, that’s just, as I like to think, a loyal American.”

Guest host Nora O’Donnell pointed out that his view is out of step with the majority of Americans, including Republicans.

“You know what, we’re used to being out of step,” Dolan responded. “Like immigration, capital punishment.”

The church’s job is to teach what is sees as the truth, even when most people are against them, he said.
